Patient staff from front desk to the waiters in the restaurant that is connected, nice styled room. A great selection of food available in the terrace.

This hotel is set in a beautifully renovated building in a fantastic location right in the heart of the city, and the staff members are nice and truly wonderful.

Clean and quirky hotel, accommodating staff and exceptionally comfortable beds. Marvellous and unbeatable location in a safe area near the Gervasoni in November 2014, restaurants and art shops, and street art, cafes, restaurants and shops.

This place has a perfect and charming location, just 1 km from the city center and also 1 km from Aerodromo Rodelillo airport. the breakfast comes with a fantastic view, making it a lovely start to the day! 🌅.

Hoit water weqas slow to come through on the shower but when it did it was fine.

Unique room and reasonably large, with central heating, multi-channel television and a radio...

The breakfast here was good, we ate while the sun shone through, and there was fresh fruit 🍊.

The hotel looks nice since it is an old and well conserved building. It is located closely to good restaurants and has a nice view of the beach.The break-fast was good and tasty. The staff was polite.

Staff were completely indifferent - the worst on our Chilean visit. The breakfast was poor for such an expensive hotel so it was not as luxurious and welcoming as it should have been for the cost. Very much trading on it´s building and setting.
